We founded Trippy Whidbey with one goal in mind: giving everyone a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience leaving with something that they will cherish for a long time.
Shipping Policy
We ship on Tuesday and Thursday
and the cost of shipping is $5 to the 48 contigous states as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Currently as of this time we do not ship to the U.S. territories.
If you have made a special order it will need to be dyed and/or screenprinted and can range from 10 to 30 days to be finished depending on the special order. Confirmed orders will only ship on business days, which are Monday thru Friday.
Returns and Refunds
Hello Trippy Whidbey customers, thank you for buying from our store to add to your collection. Though if you don't like the way your article looks and/or feel for what ever possible reason after getting home you are more than welcome to send it back if the article is unworn, unwashed, and still has the tag on it. Send us a message with your order reciept and invoice number within 7 days of why your returning the article and i"ll evaluate the situation. If you decide to return or exchange it, you will have to pay for the return label and return shipping label.
